We collect information about you for two reasons: to take and fulfil your orders and to administer and enhance our site and service. For account holders, we also collect information: to administer and issue login information and to monitor account status beyond that required for individual purchases.

The Rochester Armoury will not release your details to any third party except in connection with the fulfilment of your order. This is normally restricted to supplying your name, address, telephone number and sometimes email address.

MARKETING

The Rochester Armoury do not generally send out marketing material. When we do contact you, it is in a controlled manner to advise you on matters relating to products you have purchased e.g. to announce a new release of new product
