ORDERS

The Rochester Armoury are delighted to accept your order, no matter what size. By placing an order with The Rochester Armoury you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You can order by phone, email, fax or the web. The Rochester Armoury reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, without reason, and that decision is final.

SUPPLY

Goods are supplied on the understanding that they are only used for their intended purpose. The Rochester Armoury will not accept any responsibility for either trained or untrained personnel using or misusing products or equipment supplied by us. We do not make any any recommendations as to the suitability of the products for any particular purpose.

PRICING

All prices are correct at the time of going to print, however, The Rochester Armoury reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice, explanation or notification.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit/debit card directly into a secure account and at no time do any our staff have access to any payment details.
Other methods of payment are postal order/cash/cheque (supported by a guarantee card) Any personal details that you do provide us with are treated as strictly confidential and will at no time knowingly be passed on to any other party.
Payment must be made within 21 days of placing your order.

GUARANTEE

All items are guaranteed to manufacturers warranty.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

It is the responsibility of the customer to check and account for all goods/products upon receipt. Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company are notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
The Rochester Armoury will not consider any claims made outside of this notification period.

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS

Goods that have been ordered in error or are not as expected, may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to a 15% handling charge.
The returning of goods will be entirely at the customers own cost and responsibility. We will not be held responsible for packages that go missing when they are being returned to us.
All orders that are to be returned, must have the authorisation of The Rochester Armoury 
prior to them being sent.
The following items will not be eligible for return:-

1. Goods that are given free or as part of an offer
2. Goods that have been used
3. Goods that are not in the original packaging

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 10 days after you receive the goods (see below).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to The Rochester Armoury by hand, post or our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to The Rochester Armoury at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods The Rochester Armoury shall, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods to The Rochester Armoury in accordance with The Rochester Armoury's Returns procedure
Once you have notified The Rochester Armoury that you are cancelling the contract, The Rochester Armoury will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, The Rochester Armoury may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
